2`8 F <br />The Board met in regular session at`10 A. M. All members present. <br />Contractor Bond of Julius B.. Christman, cancelled and Bondsmen released. <br />Engineer filed Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for the following <br />improvements, to -wit; - <br />Pipe Sewer on Diamond avenue from Van Buren street to Lot 25 <br />Brick Pavement on Scott street from Colfax avenue to Michigan avenue, Grade, Curb & <br />Walk on Carlisle street from Washington street to Linden avenue, Cement Walk on <br />Lawrence street from Howard street to St. Vincent street, under Improvement Resolution <br />Nos. 250, 2311, 212 & 226 respectively. Also Water Connections on'El1n street from <br />Washington street to City_Cemetery, E. LaSalle avenue from St. Joseph River to Eddy <br />street. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, <br />commencing on the 3rd day of July, 1905, stating that this Board will give a hearing <br />on the amount of such assessments at its office in the CityHall on the l9th day of <br />July, 1905, at 7:15 p. m. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted <br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall <br />be published on the 3rd day of July, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the <br />South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the <br />acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the_1Sth, day of July, <br />1905, at 7:15 p. m. <br />J4. , t <br />President. <br />
