Z47 <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING JUNE 27Th, 1905, AT 10 A. M. <br />The Board met in regular session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for the following <br />Improvements, to -wit; -- <br />Pipe Sewer on Notre Dame street from Wayne street to the South <br />end of street, Brick Pavement on Robertson street from Prairie avenue to Chapin <br />street, under Improvement Resolutions Nos 234 & 229 respectively; Also Water Connect- <br />ions on Arnold street from Division street to Sample street, Sewer connections on <br />E. LaSalle avenue from River to Eddy street, Portage avenue from Leland avenue to <br />I. I. & I. Viaduct. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed June 7th, 1905, is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board find that the <br />assessments rolls filed June 7th, 1905, and the final estimate allowed June 7th <br />1905, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />�Cce <br />Acting President. <br />
