The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Petition filed by School Board asking for a Pipe Sewer to connect with the <br />Muessel School. Referred to the Engineer for Specifications. <br />Petition filed for Pipe Sewer on E. Wayne street from St. Louis street to <br />St. Peter Street. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />Underground Electric Light ordered installed at the North East corner of <br />Division and Michigan street. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 20 for a Public Water Way on East <br />Dayton street in the South East Addition, deferred until Friday July 7th, 1905 <br />at 10 a.m. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Final estimate for the Grading on <br />Michigan avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 214. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 9th2 19052 is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board find that the <br />assessment roll filed May 9th 1905, and the final estimate allowed May 9th2 1905, <br />should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />President. <br />
