Haas <br />Fisher street Grade, Curb & Walk <br />Do. <br />Wayne street Walk & Curb <br />John Baer <br />Frances street Walk & Curb <br />Do. <br />Florence avenue Walks <br />Do. <br />Eddy street walks <br />Portage avenue GradingDo. <br />John Siders & 6o. <br />Petition filed for Grade, Curb & walk on Milton Avenue from Michigan street to <br />Fellows street. <br />Hearing on the Assessment Roll and final estimate for the grading on Michigan avenue <br />held over until June 9th, 19051-at 10 A. M. <br />Deeds received from"the Studebaker Bros Mfg Co for alleys in Swygarts addition <br />Clerk was instructed,to have the same recorded. <br />Hearing given on Asse�-sment Roll for awards of damages and assessment cif benefits <br />in the matter of the appropriation of property for the opening of an alley from Sample <br />street to Ohio street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 17 A. adopted on the 4th day of <br />March, 1905. <br />In the above matter a remonstrance was filed by Laura E. Harvey, et al. <br />The Board find that the property affected is damaged and benefitted respectively <br />in the amounts shown on the assessment roll adopted on thF loth day of May, 1905. <br />The Board therefore find that the above remonstrance should be and the same is hereby in <br />all things overrulled. The Board further find that the assessment roll adopted on the s loth day of May, 19052 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. Messrs McInerny and Papczynsk_i voting Aye and Capt Nicar voting Naye. <br />The Board having under consideration the matter of the amounts of benefits and damages <br />in the Robertson street vacation under Vacation Resolution No, 36. The Board find <br />that the property of the Studebaker,Bros Mfg Co is benefitted in the amount of Fifty <br />($50.00) Dollars. Come now said Studebaker Bros Mfg Co and waiving all hearing or notice <br />of hearing in the matter, pay into the Treasury of the City of South Bend the sum of <br />Fifty ($50.00) Dollars so assessed and the Board declare said proceedings terminated. <br />President. <br />
