208 l The Board met in regular session at10 A. M. All members present. Petition filed for Brick Pavement on. Alley West of Carroll street from Division street to Vistula avenue. Petition filed for the improvement of Harper Park and.. for Walk & Curb on River avenue from Harper Court South. Bond of Harry N. Barnes filed and approved for the E. LaSalle avenue Brick Pavement. Contract Signed for same. Bond of Hoban & Roach filed and approved for Brick Pavement on E. Colfax avenue. Con- tract signed for same. Bond of Hoban & Roach filed and approved for Brick Pavement on Eddy street. Contract signed for same. Bond of Hoban & Roach filed and approved for Brick Pavement on Elm street. Contract signed for same. Contracts were awarded for the following improvements,to-wit;-- Diamond avenue Pipe Sewe Henri DeVos & Co. Fellow9 street Pipe SewN L. H. Webster. Johnson street Walks M. S. Rogers. Miner street Walks.& Curbs Siders Co. Witwer avenue Grade, Curb & W&lk W. N. McSherry. Engineer filed Assessment=rolls and final estimates for the following improvements to -wit; -- Grade, Curb, Walk & Gravel Road on Lawrence street from Corby street to Napoleon street, Pipe Sewer on Elm street from Colfax avenue to alley South, under Improvement Resolution Nos. 1992 23E respectively. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessmentsbe published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the 6th day of May, 1906, stating that.this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of May, 1905 at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 6th day of May, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend naily�Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work tt its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of May, 1905, at 7:15 P.
