Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Elm street <br />under imp Res No 23Z. Also Sewer connections on Studebaker street from Wash St to Linden <br />Ave., Laurel street from Wash St to Colfax Ave., Scott St from Colfax Ave to Mich Ave., <br />Water Connections on Studebaker St from Wash St to Linden Ave., Robertson St from Chapin <br />to Prairie Ave and Laurel St from Wash St to Colfax Ave. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find <br />that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 9th, 1905, is benefitted in the amount <br />of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board find that the assessment roll filed <br />May 9th, 1905, and the final estimate allowed May 9th, 1905, should be and the same is <br />hereby in all things ral.fied, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Grade, Curb, Walk & gravel Road <br />on Lawrence street and Grading on Michigan avenue.
