Mm <br />The Board met in regular session at,10 A. M. All members present. <br />Application filed by Henry Neddo for position as -Inspector on City Work. <br />Application filed by Charles H. McChord for position with the Park Department <br />such as trimming trees etc. <br />Petition filed for Brick Pavement on W. Tutt street from Lafayette street to <br />Prairieavenue. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />Remonstrance filed,against proposed paving of Jefferson street from Lafayette <br />street to Main street. <br />Petition riled for Cement walk & Curb on Johnson street from Bertrand street to <br />Longley avenue. <br />Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 39, adopted on the Sth day of April, 1905, <br />vacation the following described property, Lehman street. <br />Lehman street in the First addition to Roseland Park from the East line of Sampson <br />street to the west line of Hoke street and from the east line of Hoke street to the west <br />line of Ernsperger street. Also the north and south alleys between lots Twenty three (23) <br />and Twenty Two (22) Also between Lots Ten (10) and Nine (9) Also between Lots four (4) <br />and One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of the same plat. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The <br />Board therefore declare the above described property in all things vacated. <br />The property of R. Z. Snell is benifitted in the amount of $20.00. No property i-i <br />injuriously affected. The property of R. Z. Snell is therefore assessed in the amount - <br />of $20.00. Now comes R. Z. Snell and waiving notice of hearing and assessment under <br />Vacation -'Resolution No. 38, pays unto the Treasury of said City the sum of $20.00. <br />r <br />President. <br />
