1-5 2 Saturdav March The Board met in regular session.at 10 A. M. All members present. South Bend Electric Company were notified to install an all night lamp at the Culvert on Vistula avenue, near Springbrook Park. CONDFXNATION RESOLUTION N0, 17.J9 Resolved by the Board of Public Yorks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said city: Begin 14 feet wrest and 94.6 feet north of the south west corner of lot 1 in A. S. Bakers addition, thence north. 2.4 feet, thence west 3 feet, thence north 3 feet thence west 3.5 feet, thence south easterly to place of beginning. Beginning 404 feet east of the east line of Michigan street and 130. 2 feet south of the south line of Sample street, thence south 15 feet, thence east 17 feet, more or less, to the west line of Lot 1 in A. S. Baker's 1st addition, thence north westerly to place of beginning. Beginning at the south west corner of lot 1 in A. S. Bakers lst addition thence north ;o the north-west corner of said lot, thence west 7 feet, thence south to a point 7 feet west of 'beginning. thence,,to place of beginning. Beginning 14 feet west of the south west corner of lot 1 in A. S. Bakers lst addition, thence north 97. feet , thence east 7 feet, thence south 97 feet, thence west 7 feet to place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation. 38 feet of west side of lot 1 in A. S. Baker's 1st addition William A. & Frances E. Geltz. Begin 14 feet west of the south west corner of lot 1 in A. S. 1aker's 1st Add thence north 97 fa d,t, thence west 3 feet , thence north 3 feet, thence west 31 feet, thence south 100 feet, thence east 34 feet to place of beginning. Adaline Stedman. Begin on the south line of Sample street, 404 feet east of the east line of Michigan street, thence east 48 feet, thence south 165 Peet, thence west 48 feet, .thence north to place of beginning. Laura E. Harvey Begin on the south line of Sample street, 392 feet east of the east line of Mi-chigan street, thence west 40 feet, thence South 130.2 feet, thence east 40 feet, thence north 130.2 feet to place of beginning. Amanda J. Terrell. The purpose of such appropriation is to open an alley from Ohio street to the south end of an alley from Sample street. Notice of this resolution'shall be published on the 7th day of March and on the 14th day of March 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 21 day of March 1905, at 7:15 P. td. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
