AM <br />Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. all members present. <br />Petition for pavement on Cushing Streef reffered to the Engineer <br />for specificUtions. <br />Hearing given on assessment roll and Final estimate for fassnacht <br />Avenue Tr4nk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 163. The Board <br />find that the property assessed in sailassessment roll filed JanuarV 31st, <br />1905, is benefitted respectively in the amount shown on said assess- <br />ment roll as now amended, and the Board of Public Works find that said <br />assessment roll as amended be adopted and said assessment confirmend. <br />And the Board find that said sewer "and the work connected there- <br />with io completed with the exception of certain minor details, and that <br />said final estimate should be allawred, 'subject to the witholding by the <br />City the sum of Fifteen hundred ( 1,5oo.00) Dollars to insure the <br />completion of any work under said contract not completed at this time, <br />or to pay for said work by the City should said Contractor fail so to <br />do within a reasonable time. <br />And comes now Peter Suzio, the contractor herein, and asserts <br />the witholding of the sum of Fifteen hundred ($1,5o0.00) Dollars as <br />above set forth, and the Board of Public Works find that subject to the <br />above named conditions, the said final estimate should be and the same <br />is hereby allowed and confirmed and approved. <br />Peter Suzio makes verbal statements of certain amounts due him <br />for extra work done on said Fassnacht Avenue Sewer.The Board requires said <br />statement to be filed in wri ing. <br />Signed <br />PRESIDENT. <br />c <br />It <br />
