I`c <br />The Board met in regular, session at 10 o'clock A, M. <br />President-IeInerny absent. <br />Remonstrance filed against the Cushing Asphalt Pavement, <br />Resolutions were adopted for the following improvements: Brick Pavement on <br />Studebaker street from Washington Street to Linden Avenue.; Brick Pavement on <br />Robertson Street from Prairie Avenue to Chapin Street; Brick pavement on <br />East Munroe Street From Michigan street to Vistula Avenue; Brick pavement on <br />Hill Street from Jefferson street to the.south,line of Corbey Street; Brick <br />Pavement on Laurel Street from Washington Street to Colfax Avenue; Brick <br />Pavement on ScOott Street from Colfax Avenue to Michigan Avenue. <br />IMPROVFIVTENT RESOLUTION N0. 227. <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDS INDIANA: <br />That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points <br />as Follows; The construction of a brick pavement on East Munroe Street from <br />Michigan Street to Vistula Avenue. Said improvement shall be known and desig- <br />nated as THE EAST MUNROE STREET BRICK PAVEMENT, and shall be constructed <br />according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, <br />filed herewith. Notice of this resolution for the execution of the above work <br />shall. be published on the 8th day of Feb. and on the-15th day of Feb. 19052 <br />in the South Bend daily Tribune and the South Bend daily Times.
