126 <br />Friday January 20th, 1905. <br />The -Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Hearing on Vacation resolution No. 34, vacating a part of Linden avenue, held ove. <br />until February 3rd, at 10 A. M. <br />Communication received from the Studebaker Bros Mfg Co, submitting a proposition <br />as follows,- That the haymarket which the city now rents for $20.00 per zonth, from <br />Feb. lst, 1905, will be $15.00 per month. <br />The Ingersoll Construction Co.., submitted a verbal proposition as to installing <br />amusements in the City Parks, such as a Roller Coaster or Laughing Gallery. Said <br />Company was instructed to submit a written proposition to the Board. <br />Hearing on Taylor street Grade, Curb & Walk, under Improvement Resolution No. 220 <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls is benefitted to the amount of <br />assessments ac shown on said roll, and the Board accordingly find that the assessment <br />roll filed December loth, 1c.04, and the final estimate allowed December 10th:f; 1904 <br />should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />President. <br />
