iE <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 20TH, 1904 AT 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. <br />Hearing given on assessment rolls and final estimates for the following improve- <br />ments, to -wit - <br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Notre Dame avenue from South Bend avenue to <br />Napoleon street, William street from Indiana avenue to Blanche street, Scott street <br />from indiana avenue to Blanche street, Franklin street from Indiana avenue to Blanche <br />street. All under Improvement resolutions Nos. 210,219, 219 & 221 respectively. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed'December 10, 1904, is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board of Public Works find <br />that the assessment rolls filed December loth, 1904 add the final estimate allowed <br />December loth, 1904„should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed. <br />and approved.. <br />Campau street Grade, Curb & Walk and Taylor street Grade, Curb & Walk hearing <br />held over until Friday December 23rd, 1904, at 10 A. M. <br />President. <br />
