1® <br />Tues <br />er 20th <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent. <br />Communication received from the South Bend Fuel & Gas Company, stating that it <br />was impossible for them to move their gas pipe at Jefferson street bridge in 5 days. <br />Copy sent to County Commissioners.. <br />Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Cement Curb & grade on <br />Vistula avenue -from Kline street to City limits, under Improvement Res No. 223. <br />Resolved that notices as to the amount of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, <br />commencing on the 22 day of December, 1904, stating that this Board will give a hear- <br />ing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the-17th <br />day of January 1905, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted <br />and approved., and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution <br />shall be published on the 22nd day of December, 1904, in the South Bend Daily <br />Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing <br />upon the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day <br />of January, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 33, vacating the following described <br />property, to -wit; - <br />Alley between lots 7 and 10 Coquillards 2nd. addition. Begin at the south west <br />corner of lot 7 Coquillards 2nd addition. thence east 165 feet to the south east <br />corner of lot 7 in said addition thence south 13.56 feet to the north east corner <br />of lot 10 which point is in the north line of proposed Boulevard, thence on straight <br />line to the place of beginning. <br />Alleys between lots 9 and 13 Coquillards 2nd Addition. Begin at the south west <br />corner of lot 9 Coquillards 2md addition thence east 165 feet to the south east <br />corner of lot 9 in said addition, thence south 13.96 feet to the north east corner <br />of lot 13 in said addition, thence west to a point 9.9 feet east of the north west <br />corner of lot 13 in said addition, *hicAL point is in the north line of proposed <br />Boulevard, thence on a straight line to place of beginning. <br />Alley between lot 2-7-10 and 1-9-9 Coquillards 2nd addition. Begin at the north <br />-west corner of lot 1 in Coquillards 2nd addition, thence south to the south west cor- <br />ner of lot 9 in said addition, thence in north westerly direction to a point 42 <br />feet south of north east corner of lot 10 in said addition, thence north to north <br />east corner of lot 2 thence east 14 feet, to place of beginning. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />in all things declare the above 1deseribed property vacated. <br />President. <br />
