iday December 16th. 1 <br />The Board met in regular session at .10 A. M. All members present'. <br />Postponed hearing was given on assessment roll and final estimate for Trunk <br />Sewer on South Bend avenue from St.. Joseph river,to Arthur street, under Improvement <br />reoslution No. 181. <br />No remonstrators appearOd and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 3, 1904, is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessment as shown on said roll and the Board of Public Works find <br />that the assessment roll filed December 3rd, 1904 and the final estimate allowed <br />December 3rd, 1904 should be and the same is hereby'in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved. <br />Communication received from the County Commissioners, regarding the <br />Gas mains at the.Jefferson street Bridge. <br />Electric lights were ordered in at the park Skating Rinks. <br />President. <br />
