Tuesday November 15th, 1904. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />The Board having under consideration the awards of dtumages and assessments <br />of benefits in the matter of condemnation resolution No. 15. Theresa Hertram <br />filed remonstrance and appears in person and by F. M. Jackson Attorney to remonstrate <br />against the amount of her awards. The Board being.a fully advised in the matter and <br />having heard the remarks of t e'o jeeting party, it is resolved. that said assessment <br />roll adopted on the 2 day of 1904, be and the same is hereby in all things <br />approved, adopted and confirmed. <br />Bond of M. S. Rogers filed and approved for walks on Lawrencestreet. <br />Contract was signed with M. S.. Rogers for same. <br />President. <br />TUESDAY EVENING NOVEMBER 15TH2 1904, AT 7:15 P.M. SPECIAL MEETING. <br />The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing was given on assessment rolls and final estimates for the <br />following improvements, to -wit;-- Pipe Sewer on Birdsell street from Washington <br />street to Linden avenue and Brick pavement on Vistula avenue from Miami street to <br />Leer street under improvement resolution Nos. 199 and 190 respectively. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed November 1st, 1904 is <br />benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board of <br />Public Works find that the assessment rolls filed November 1st, 1904 and the <br />final estimate allowed November 1st, 1904 should be and the same is hereby <br />in all things ratified confirmed and approved. <br />Acting President. <br />
