Mr. Melnerny absent. <br />Contractor Bond of Sidmon & Staples filed and approved. <br />Bond of Staples & Sidmon released for South Bend Avenue Grade, Leland avenue <br />Grade, Curb & Walk. <br />Bond of Hoban & Roach released on E. Madison street Trunk Sewer. <br />Bond of James Nelson released on Vistula avenue Brick Pavement. <br />Bond of L. H. Webster released on Marietta & bronson street Pipe Sewer. <br />Joe Swiatowy notified to commence grading on Michigan avenue at once. <br />Petition filed for an electric light on LaPorte avenue between Washington <br />street and Colfax avenue <br />The A. H, Adnrews Co of Chicago, Ills were notified to repair the defective <br />furniture in the City Hall as per their contract and Bond filed November 25th, 1902. <br />Acting President. <br />SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY EVENING NOVEMBER 22ND, 1904 AT 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing given on assessment rolls and final estimates for the following improve- <br />ments, to -wit; - <br />Harris and Sample streets Curbs, Pulaski street Grade, Curb & Walk, <br />Jackson street Grade, Curb & Walk all under Improvement Res. Nos 200, 203,204 Resp. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed The Board therefore find <br />that the property assessed in said rolls filed November 9th, 1904 Is benefitted in the <br />amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board of Public Works find that <br />the assessment rolls filed November 9th, 1904 and the final estimate allowed November <br />9th2 1904, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved. <br />e C, <br />zz' El <br />Acting President, <br />
