Listenberger'being duly <br />sworn represent to your Honor that in accordance with an,'ordinance of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana passed by the Common Council of said city on the 9th day of <br />November, 1903, and in accordance with their appointment by the Judge of the St. <br />Joseph Circuit Court on the 10 th day of November 1903 whereby the undersigned were <br />appointed appraisers of 'the following described property, namely: <br />A strip of land Eleven (11) feet in width taken -off of and from the entire length <br />of the Northerly or North westerly side of Lot No. Six (6) in the South Bend Manu@ <br />facturing Company's addition to tht Town, now the City of South Bend, the northerly <br />line of which strip of land is the present docking heretofore erected by said City <br />about the city reservoir and the southerly line of which strip i's-'eleven (11) feet <br />distant and parallel thereto and fifteen (15) feet distant North from the Northern <br />end of the City reservoir as -now established on said Lot No. Six (6). <br />the undersigned did on the 20th day of November 1903 qualify as such appraisers <br />and did take an oath before George H. Alward, Clerk of the St. Joseph County Circuit <br />Court, to honestly, faithfully and impartially appraise the above described property <br />and did thereafter visit the above described property and did look over same. <br />THEREOFRE the undersigned do hereby declare the same to be of the value of Two <br />Hundred fifty dollars ($250) and do hereby appraise the same at the value of two <br />hundred fifty dollars ($250). <br />(Signe*)- <br />Appraisers fees Benj.
