CaPt Nicar eb sent. <br />Hearing given on assessment roll for Trunk (Brick) Sewer on East Ma.dis6n street <br />under Improvement resolution No. 182. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed the Board find that the <br />property assessed in said roll filed august 16th,- 1904 is benefitted in the amount, <br />of assessments as shown, on said roll and the Board of Public Works find that the assessme <br />roll filed August 16th 1904 and the final estimate allowed August 16 1904 shouldbe <br />and the same is herelyy in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory resolution for the alley pavement between Michigan <br />street and St. „Joe street, Bric4 pavement on Napier street from Chapin street to <br />Walnut street, Grade, Cuxb & Walk on Notre Dame avenue, Cement walks on East Madison <br />street, Grade, Curb & Walk on Carlisle street from Washington street to Linden avenue. <br />all under improvement resolutions Nos. 208,209, 210, 2112 212 respectively. <br />Engineer filed his estimated cost of the improvements as follows; - <br />Carlisle street $12261.00 <br />Madi sdn street 203.50 <br />Notre Dame avenue 22704.00 <br />Napier Street Brick 112295.00 <br />Alley Brick pavement 912.00 <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared an-1 no remonstrancesr were filed <br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits <br />to the property and to the City of South B end are equal to the estimated cost of the <br />improvement -and that said declaratory resolutions are hereby in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved. <br />President. <br />
