Chapter 12, Section 12-6 of the South Bend Municipal Code shall be, and hereby <br />is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 12-6 Penalties. <br />(a) Any person alarm agent who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this <br />cha ter , shall be fined one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first violation,..paxable to the Ordinance Violations <br />Bureau_ and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation thereafter. Each day that a <br />violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br />(b) Any alarm system installed, operated, or maintained in violation of this chapter is <br />hereby declared to be a nuisance and maybe abated in the same manner as nuisances are <br />now or may hereafter be abated under existing law. <br />(c) The remedies provided for herein shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall <br />be in addition to any other remedies provided by law ~ncludin>? remedies provided in <br />Chapter 4 of the South Bend Municipal Code. <br />SECTION XI.
