The <br />bids have been reviewed and found to be correct. Per the attached bid tabulation, Engineering <br />recommends approval of the following awards for the 2021 Street and Sewer Materials Bids: <br /> <br />DIVISION A <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Ozinga Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. <br /> <br /> DIVISION B, Items B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, and B-6 <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Klink Trucking <br /> <br />DIVISION B, Items B-5 <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Milestone Contractors North, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />DIVISION C <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Ferguson Waterworks <br /> <br /> <br />DIVISION D <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: American Highway Products <br /> <br /> <br />DIVISION E <br />No bids were received for Division E. Will proceed to open market. <br /> <br />DIVISION F <br />Upon further review of the bid documents, Engineering observed Ferguson had written a <br />statement informing the City all their unit prices for Division F would be subject to change after <br />30 days. The specifications require all unit pricing to be valid until April 30, 2022. Engineering <br />recommends rejection of Ferguson’s bid as non-responsive for Division F. No further bids were <br />received for Division F. Will proceed to open market. <br /> <br />
