Administrative Approvals <br />Administrator Adam Toering discussed projects that have recently been approved, <br />no action taken. <br />c. COMMITTEE REPORTS (Audio Position 13:12) <br />i. Disposition of Historic Preservation Assets <br />After due consideration, no action was taken. <br />ii. Standards Update <br />Administrator Adam Toering informed the commission the website is active, and a <br />mail letter would be going out soon. Adam also stated he would send an updated <br />schedule to the commissioners; no action was taken. <br />iii. Historic Districts <br />1. River Bend Local Historic District Lighting Resolution <br />The draft of the resolution goes to the committee for review and will have <br />comments add for May meeting. <br />iv. Local Landmarks <br />1. Ridgedale/Twyckenham Hills Gates <br />After due consideration, no action was taken. <br />2. Potential Landmarks — National Register Listings <br />Commissioner Eric Stalheim distributed a list of the National Register listed <br />properties that may be candidates for landmark designation; no action was <br />taken. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />a.
