The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012, with <br />Board President Patrick D. Cottrell, and Board Members Laura Vasquez, Eddie Miller, John Collins <br />and Luther Taylor present. Also present was Special Counsel Joseph Sirneri, and Attorneys Thomas <br />Dixon, Dan Pfeifer, and Andrea Beachkofsky, and Police Chief Charles Hurley. The meeting was <br />held in the Common Council Chambers, 41h Floor County City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />HEARING OF CHARGES NO. 2012-07 --- JACK STILP <br />This was the date set for the Hearing of Charges No. 2012 -07 concerning the matter of Patrolman <br />Jack Stilp, South Bend Police Department.
