INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> DIVISION OF ENGINEERING <br />TO:Anne Fuchs, Clerk <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM:Kyle Silveus <br />SUBJECT:Award Memo 120-024 Eddy and Howard St. Intersection Improvements <br />DATE:April 29th, 2021 <br />On April 27 <br />th 2021, the Board of Public Works opened and read bids for the above project. <br />The bidders ranked as follows: <br />Bidder Base Bid <br />1. Milestone Contractors North $574,000 <br />2. Rieth-Riley Construction Co.$683,975.70 <br />Line-item totals for Rieth-Riley Construction’s bid were found to be slightly different than what <br />was submitted.
