Lots 23 through 27, <br /> inclusive, are currently zoned B-Residential and Lots 22 and <br /> 28 are currently zoned A-Residential. The north one-half of <br /> the first north-south alley east of Bendix Drive is <br /> immediately adjacent to the western edge of Lot 28, and is <br /> being vacated by the Petitioner. Petitioner seeks to <br /> gvl d+h- V'n-coed 1/2 a0' - i <br /> rezone Lot 28/Only from A-Residential "A" Height and Area to <br /> B-Residential "A" Height and Area. <br /> (4) This rezoning is requested so as to allow the following <br /> uses: Additional future parking for public or private <br /> clinics and principal offices of physicians or dentists. <br />
