Securing the sides of the house, and landscaping with tarps, and <br />OSB/plywood to help contain debri during the tear off and ensure a quick precise cleanup. <br />We then tear down the layer(s) of shingles, felt paper, and ice and water shield down to the <br />decking/wood, and check for rotted wood to be replaced. <br />#02 Asphalt Rf(m) - New Decking/OSB $0.00 <br />Oriented Strand Board(OSB) 7/16" - Is stronger than plywood in shear. Shear values through its <br />thickness, are about 2 times greater than plywood. <br />We install up to (5) boards with each additional board being ($50).
