If you run out of space, attach a response to this application submission. • Emergency Safety Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: o The number of Indiana Law Enforcement Academy certified officers, fire, and emergency medical personnel, and the need to use any of the City's public safety or emergency response services. o If hiring a security service, provide contact information and the number of hired event personnel. o Proposed internal communications systems and public address systems. ESG Security Service will be onsite with a minimum of 15 personnel present. ESG Coordinator is Cori Bair at 574-292-6626 or cbair@esgsecurity.com. Cori also assists us with SBPD staffing at events, which I am estimating at least 4 officers present during the concert. • Proposed Cleanup Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: o Measures in place to collect and remove trash, litter and recyclables. Sweetums Housekeeping has been contracted to provide cleanup services during and after the event. They will provide trash pickup and restroom tending. Paul Moreland wth Parks/VPA is working with The Morris on Park maintenance before and after the event. The concert is promoted "Rain or Shine." However, the Morris Performing Arts Center will function as a tornado & thunderstorm shelter, as well as a cooling station for attendees. The box office will be open, and is air conditioned. In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled, announcements will be made on the Morris & PULSE FM websites and social media, as well as on local news and radio. Appropriate signage will be posted at the Morris box office, as well. Emergency announcements during the event will be made from the main stage PA, by Jeff Castello of PULSE FM/Family Broadcasting Corporation.
