The description should be a summary overview.) <br />The PULSE FM Downtown Summer Series - Annual Christian concerts held in downtown South Bend June, July, and August The Pulse <br />FM radio station is part of the Family Broadcasting Corporation, and has held this event at the Morris since 2017. In 2020, the series was <br />canceled due to the Pandemic. For 2021, the event will be held outdoors in a socially distanced capacity, following all state and local <br />health regulations. The St. Joseph County Health Department has approved outdoor capacity of 2,000 in the Jon R. Hunt Plaza. <br />We are requesting a road closure of Colfax Avenue, between Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue and Michigan Street. This is to allow for <br />production setup and the safety of the attendees.
