Hill St. <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Robinsen: <br /> <br />At its April 13, 2021 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved your establishment’s <br />Sidewalk Café Permit application for the hours of operation you listed, contingent upon your <br />installation of a proper perimeter barrier and ensuring proper ADA clearance from <br />obstructions. Please be reminded that businesses are required to adhere to the provisions of their <br />Sidewalk Café Agreement. A copy is enclosed for your records. <br /> <br />Also, due to the City’s recent Sidewalk Café Ordinance update, you may wish to sign an <br />updated agreement with the City to take advantage of the two (2) year permit option. I have <br />enclosed a courtesy copy of the updated agreement for your use.
