STAFF REPORT <br /> RELATIVE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT INC. #118.3-88 July 8, 1988 <br /> Southeast corner of Jackson and Ironwood <br /> City of South Bend <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: The petitioners are requesting that recently <br /> annexed land be rezoned to "A" Residential , "A" <br /> Height and Area to allow single-family home sites. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE: The property contains one single-family home. <br /> SURROUNDING LAND USE AND ZONING: Located to the north across Jackson Road are <br /> single-family homes zoned "R" Residential , to the <br /> east is vacant land zoned "A" Agricultural and "R" <br /> Residential ; to the south are single-family homes <br /> and vacant land zoned "R" Residential and "A" <br /> Residential ; to the west across Ironwood is the <br /> County fairgrounds and several radio towers zoned <br /> "A" Residential . Also to the west is property <br /> zoned "R;" Residential which is bounded to the <br /> north , east , and south by the petitioned property. <br /> SITE PLAN: A site plan is not required for rezonings to "A" <br /> Residential . <br /> ii <br />
