Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: The S. 59.95' of the E. 130.95' of Lot 18, Sorin's First Add to the Town of Lowell; The N. 28.00' of Lot 8, Sorin's 1st Add. to the Town of Lowell, located W. of the First N/S alley located E. of Notre Dame Ave. , extended N.; Lot A, Bugbee Add. , except the S. 84.70'; and The S. 28.33' of the N. 68.33' of Lot 8, Sorin's 1st Add. to the Town of Lowell, located W. of the First N/S alley located E. of Notre Dame Ave. , and located S. of the first E/W alley located S. of South Bend Ave. be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial and "B" Height and Area. SECTION V.
