Y + <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99 G- g S <br /> AN ORDINANCE DECREASING AN APPROPRIATION FOR <br /> PROJECT CS 821, IRELAND-IRONWOOD RETENTION <br /> POND, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br /> BUILDING AND SINKING FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Due to a decrease in Project costs for the Ireland/Ironwood <br /> Retention Pond, it is necessary to lower the appropriation for <br /> Project CS 821, within the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br /> Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I: The following project within the Cumulative Sewer <br /> Building and Sinking Fund is decreased in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO. DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 821 Ironwood/Ireland Retention Pond $ (24,000.00) <br /> Total Reduction (24,000.00) <br /> Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and <br /> approval by the Mayor. <br /> - •er of the Common Council <br />
