PUBLIC WORKS AND PROPERTY VACATION COMMITTEE <br />The May 12, 2008 meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee of the South <br />Bend Common Council was called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member David Varner at <br />4:22 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Members in attendance included Chairperson Varner; Councilmember LaFountain, Vice- <br />Chairperson; Councilmember Dieter, Member <br />Persons in attendance included: Councilmember Rouse; Councilmember Puzzello; <br />Councilmember Oliver Davis; Councilmember White; Councilmember Kirsits; Jamie Loo; <br />Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney; John Voorde, City Clerk <br />BILL NO.20-08 -ALLEY VACATION -GOLDEN & WOODWARD AVENUES <br />Chairperson Varner informed the committee the petitioner had requested a continuance due to a <br />flaw discovered in the notification process. On a motion by Councilmember LaFountain, <br />seconded by Chairperson Dieter, and supported by all, Bill 20-08 was continued to the meeting of <br />5-27-08. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council member Varner <br />adjourned the meeting at 4:24 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />~ ~_~- <br />~---~/ ~~ <br />David A.
