Trees and woody vegetation will be cleared, and will be kept clear, from a 10-foot-wide (5 feet on either side of centerline) area over the Project centerline. Tree and woody vegetation clearing outside of the 10-foot-wide area over the centerline will occur within a 30-foot-wide area (15 feet on either side of centerline) only for construction access, as needed, and such clearing may include removal of trees and woody vegetation and/or trimming of trees, limbs, and woody vegetation to achieve a 25-feet-from-grade vertical clearance, as needed, for construction access.
