INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> DIVISION OF ENGINEERING <br />TO:Anne Fuchs, Clerk <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM:Zach Hurst, Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT:Quote Award - Project No. 120-051R <br />Charles Martin Parking Lot <br />DATE:April 2, 2021 <br />On March 23, 2021, the Board of Public Works opened and read quotes for the above project. <br />The quotes received were reviewed and found to be complete. <br />Rieth-Riley Construction Company quoted $39,396.00 <br />Milestone Contractors North (formerly known as Walsh & Kelly) quoted $62,952.00 <br />The project is a lump-sum contract to mill-and-fill the Charles Martin Center parking lot. <br />I recommend award of the Charles Martin Parking Lot to Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., in <br />the amount of $39,396.00. Funding is available through the River East Development Area TIF <br />Fund, by way of PR-00003785. <br />Please call with your questions (MS Teams).
