SPECIFICATIONS FORA 2021 OR NEWER HORIZONTAL GRINDER <br />It is the intent of these specifications to describe a vacuum air dual sweep street sweeper on a <br />conventional cab and chassis with dual steering. The unit shall be bid as a compete unit, no <br />split or partial bids will be accepted. Units bid shall have been manufactured in the USA. <br />Units to be bid with and without trade-ins. Vendor to complete bid proposal, trade-in, and <br />nondiscrimination commitment contained in this bid specification and attach to the submitted <br />bid. <br />These specifications are the minimum scope of the technology and performance needed for <br />the City of South Bend Street Sweeping Program. A responsive bidder must provide a <br />sweeper that meets the criteria of this specification. <br />Vendor shall provide ali infoirnation requested in specifications to qualify for the bid. Vendor <br />shall indicate YES or NO for each area of the specification.
