• Siding on the once-and-future exterior walls will match decisions made about the main <br />house after unveiling. Housewrap over the sheathing in the meantime to prevent water <br />infiltration. <br />• Current wood front door to be moved to new front door location on side of foyer. <br />• Three of the four wood framed windows currently on front porch to be moved to back <br />porch/mudroom (see #1). <br />• Fourth window matches the other living room bay window; reframe current doorway <br />into living room to accommodate this window, which will then be directly below a <br />matching window in the upstairs bay. <br />• Mend wood floor of current porch (some is rotted out due to water infiltration) <br />• Leave support studs in place for porch roof until I can find porch column(s) and railing of <br />an appropriate age and style.
