Ridge vents do not currently span the entire roof peaks or dormers. See proposal from Reliable <br />Roofing with photos and plans. <br />Soffits were replaced with slats of wood, likely after the fire damaged old soffits. Owner to <br />remove these temporary boards and install beadboard soffits to match with rest of house. <br />Material has been salvaged from the interior of the house. <br />Owner will also install soffit vents to help with third-story ceiling/roof airflow.
