Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:36 p.m. <br />II. Certificates of Appropriateness <br />1) 1228 Lincolnway East -LW <br />Owner proposes to construct a 2 car garage, 20'x 24'x 12' <br />with a gable roof canopy section at rear of new garage. <br />Owner also proposes to install lattice type fence on east and <br />west lines of rear yard as well as asphalting an existing <br />concrete slab. Mr. Newburn moved to approve; Mr. Hayes <br />seconded; motion passed. <br />2) 62290 Miami Road - LL <br />Owner proposes to replace a rear extension of the house with <br />a room addition with a wrap -around deck. Owner also proposes <br />to landscape around house and buildings on site, including <br />driveway (see staff report - Appendix 6).
