All approved Certificate of <br />Appropriateness will be reported <br />by the Staff to the Historic <br />Preservation Commission at the <br />next appropriate meeting. <br />7. Denials of Certificates of <br />Appropriateness will be based on the <br />inappropriateness of the project <br />or if it violates the Historic <br />District's Standards and Guidelines. <br />The applicant will be informed of <br />specific reasons for denial by <br />letter (with a copy forwarded to <br />the Building Department) explaining <br />the action and suggestions for <br />changes. The owner may re -submit <br />his/her application with the <br />suggested changes to the Staff for <br />review at the next meeting.
