Milton; Mr. Herendeen <br />seconded; motion carried. <br />2) 1?109 .Johnson Rd. - 2nd Reading <br />Mr. Ox i an moved to table for second reading; Mr. Herendeen <br />seconded; motion carried. <br />3) Council Oak: Tree - Honorary Landmark Status <br />Mr. Poland stated that consent vtas given by Mr. Terry Miller <br />for honorary landmark status of the Council Oak: Tree in <br />relation to the "Hoosier Celebration" in 1988. Mr. Hayes <br />moved to bestow honorary local landmark status on the Council <br />Oak: Tree by resolution and to send the recommendation to the <br />Common Council; Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion carried <br />4) I & M Bldg. - Proposed Landmark Status <br />Mr. Ox i an stated that he is working t,.l i th the Holladay Corp., <br />oviner of the I & M Bldg. to obtain a. facade easement as well <br />as consent for local landmark status. Mr. Hayes moved to <br />recommend that Mr. Oxian continue to pursue a facade easement <br />agreement as utell as consent for local landmark status with <br />the Holladay Corp.; Mr. Herendeen seconded; motion carried. <br />Mr. Herendeen moved to return to the agenda and to add 19105' Johnson Rd. to <br />Environmental Impact Statements; motion carried. <br />e. Public Relations 8c Community Education <br />1) Presentation to Common Council <br />Ms. Jentoft-Nilsen reported that she spoke with Mr. Voorde in <br />regard_. to setting a time for the HPC• presentation possibly at <br />the April or Hay Common Council meeting. <br />
