Ass't. <br />Lynette Jentoft-Nilsen <br />LANDMARK COMMITTEE MEETING <br />Report of Meeting <br />Time <br />Location <br />1:00 P.M. <br />11th floor Conference Room <br />Attended by: John Oxian, Gina DeLaruelle, Odell Newburn, Herb Herendeen <br />Lynette Jentoft-Nilsen, Brian Poland, Elaine Fountain <br />Mr. Poland stated the minister of the church at 929 Milton St. is still pursuring <br />landmark status for this church through its history and architecture. <br />Mr. Poland also stated that Terry Miller from the Highland Cemetery has agreed <br />to honorary landmark status for the Council Oak. <br />Mr. Oxian stated he felt representatives for the I & M Building were getting <br />close to signing the consent form to have the building landmarked. <br />19109 Johnson - Hay Farm <br />The concensus of the Landmark Committee was to propose landmark status to <br />include 6.7 acres to the East of the Hay farm property and 2.2 acres to the <br />North of the property, in conjunction with the 5.4 acres of the Hay farm for <br />a total of 14.3 acres. <br />
