After reviewing those bids, Mr. John Engstrom recommended that the Board award the Unit Items as outlined in bold above. Mr. Engstrom noted that no bids were received for Item No. 2, the Impedance Analyzer. Mr. Engstrom stated there were several discrepancies, including math errors, which would be noted and/or waived in a Memo to the Board. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above subject to a detailed memo for the file noting the discrepancies. Ms. Roos seconded the motion, which carried. OPENING OF PROPOSALS — EDISON ROAD CENTER TURN LANE — PROJECT NO. 110- 079 (LRSA) Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Proposals for the above referenced project. Ms. Greene noted this is a request for proposals that will be reviewed by the City and INDOT, and evaluated and tabulated. She stated there are no dollar amount and, therefore she would not read any amounts into the record. The following names of companies submitting Proposals were opened and read: Christopher B.
