After reviewing those <br />bids, Mr. John Engstrom recommended that the Board award the Unit Items as outlined in bold <br />above. Mr. Engstrom noted that no bids were received for Item No. 2, the Impedance Analyzer. <br />Mr. Engstrom stated there were several discrepancies, including math errors, which would be <br />noted and/or waived in a Memo to the Board. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the <br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above subject to a detailed <br />memo for the file noting the discrepancies. Ms. Roos seconded the motion, which carried. <br />OPENING OF PROPOSALS — EDISON ROAD CENTER TURN LANE — PROJECT NO. 110- <br />079 (LRSA) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Proposals for <br />the above referenced project. Ms. Greene noted this is a request for proposals that will be <br />reviewed by the City and INDOT, and evaluated and tabulated. She stated there are no dollar <br />amount and, therefore she would not read any amounts into the record.
