3 <br />With a copy to: <br />11.Waiver. One or more waivers of any condition herein shall not be construed as a <br />waiver of a subsequent breach of the same condition. <br />12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed and construed <br />in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and any claims arising hereunder shall be <br />brought in the courts of St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />13.Authority.
