SPECIAL MEETING <br />MAY 21, 2008 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, with <br />President Donald Alford and Board Members Juanita Dempsey, Patrick D. Cottrell, and Bruce <br />Borfflurant present. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar was also present. <br />, 1h <br />The meeting was held in I the Board of Public Works Meeting Room, -) Floor, County-City <br />Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />ACCEPT RE-QUEST FOR RE SIGNATION — ROBERT CULP <br />President Alford stated that the Board is in receipt of a letter from Chief Boykins requesting the <br />Board accept a letter of resignation from Sergeant Robert Culp, effective May 21, 2008.
