This substitute bill makes changes to the budgets of five expenditure <br /> accounts in the Parks & Recreation fund as indicated on page four of the summary. <br /> Please note that this bill merely requests budget transfers between expenditure accounts <br /> in different cost categories or departments in the same fund and is not a request for <br /> additional appropriation. <br /> I will present these bills to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and <br /> council meetings.
