Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br /> Statement of Benefits form,and supporting information.The project calls for the renovation of a building to <br /> be located at 710 Niles Avenue. <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost for the <br /> renovation is estimated at $1,250,000.
