They <br />intend to develop the undeveloped agricultural property into thirty-one residential lots located within <br />Crescent Oaks, Section One. Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and <br />supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />develop the thirty-one lots at a cost of $5,735,000. The project meets the qualifications fora (5) five- <br />year real property tax abatement.
