Of that , the buildings will occupy 9.000 <br /> ssguare feet . or 18% of the site; the parking and <br /> drives will occupy 18,656 square feet , or 37'1. of <br /> the site, and 22,96 square feet or 451 of the <br /> site will remain as open space. <br /> SITE FLAN: The site plan is preliminary. <br /> AGENCY CQMMENTS: The City Engineer made the following comments: <br /> - (1) City water available to site. (2) City <br /> sanitary sewer available at Ebeling Dr. <br /> (approximately 500' away) . () Storm water to be <br /> retained on site with drywells for roof and paved <br /> areas using a capacity rate of 30 gallons per 100 <br /> square feet. <br />
