• <br /> amend the Title of said Bill, the Clerk shall read the <br /> amended title on second and/or third reading(s) . The <br /> Bill shall receive third reading by title only, after <br /> which a formal vote of the Common Council shall be <br /> taken on the Bill. <br /> (x) No bill filed for Ordinance consideration or <br /> resolution shall appear on the agenda of a regular <br /> meeting of the Common Council unless said bill or <br /> resolution has been properly filed in the Office of the <br /> City Clerk on or before the Wednesday at 12 noon <br /> immediately prior to said regular meeting. This <br /> subsection is not applicable to special meetings.
