ORDINANCE NO. 7aS 3` <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED DIRECTLY EAST AND NORTHEAST <br /> OF THE JAMISON INN IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I: Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in <br /> order that the zoning classification of the following described <br /> real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State <br /> of Indiana: <br /> A lot or parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section <br /> Thirty-one (31) , Township Thirty-eight (38) North, Range Three <br /> ( 3) East, described as follows: Beginning at a point South <br /> 00°00 ' 00" West, a distance of 100.00 feet from the North line of <br /> the South Half of the South Half of said Southeast Quarter and <br /> North 89°48 ' 45" East, a distance of 14.00 feet from the East line <br /> of Lot Numbered Ten (10 ) in the Original Plat of the Town of <br /> Schroederville; thence North 89°48 ' 45" East, a distance of 162.50 <br /> feet along the South line of a parcel of land conveyed to Francis <br /> 0.
